About this site

This website has been set up so that friends and family can find out what I have been up to as I spend February to June travelling around the Pacific and Indian Ocean. I will update the site fairly regularly from internet cafes and hostels along the way. My journey will take me from Bangkok in Thailand down to Phuket, through Malaysia to Singapore and on to Sydney, Australia.

I will spend 2 months travelling up the east coast up to Cairns and back down to Brisbane where I will fly to New Zealand for 3 weeks, before returning home with a few days stop in Tokyo on the way. Anybody visiting this site is welcome to add comments after each of my posts, which will be the easiest way to keep in touch and comment on whatever I’ve been blabbing on about; I will be writing emails to people but probably won’t have enough time to send individual mails out on a regular basis.

This website is powered by Wordpress. On the right side of the site you will find my flickr photostream, which displays my latest photos I’ve uploaded. Flickr is an online photo storage facility that lets me add my photos via the web wherever I am in the world.
